Designed to help individuals address issues with substance use disorder. Programs are confidential and individualized, and offered multiple days per week, in both the morning and evening, to accommodate people with different schedule needs. All Mental Illness/Chemical Dependency programs vary in length and may be offered in short, medium and long-term formats ranging from 15 - 40 weeks. Many programs are gender-specific and vary by location. Outpatient and IOP Program Meets four times a week and has groups in both the mornings and evenings. Red Wing and Winona Outpatient locations also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) with housing for male and female residents. The IOP with housing program meets four times per week to support clients in their recovery. Rochester Outpatient location also offers intensive outpatient program (IOP) without housing.

Intensive Residential Treatment Service - IRTS - Spero

A 12-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program to provide support for individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges. Services are provided in a residential, community-based setting, and aim to stabilize symptoms, develop skills, and transition individuals to a less restrictive environment or independent living. Typical length of stay is approximately 45 days in IRTS beds, while crisis beds are 10 days. Services provided: - 24 hours/7 days a week support - Assessment to develop intervention plans or a crisis relapse plan - Crisis stabilization and residential treatment - Dual disorder programming to address mental health and co-occurring substance issues, with both group and individual therapy tailored to specific needs - Family education - Medication monitoring, management, and education - Personalized care plans with a focus on holistic recovery

Provides after care, supportive step-down therapy for substance use disorder treatment for individuals who have completed a primary inpatient program, or completed intensive outpatient or outpatient treatment with another provider, or completed Club Recovery's intensive outpatient or relapse prevention program. Provides an interactive 12-week relapse prevention program for individuals who have previously completed treatment at Club Recovery or somewhere else and then experienced relapse issues. Teletherapy services available for chemical health assessments, comprehensive assessments, state-funded gambling services, participation in IOP, relapse prevention, and continuing care programming, individual mental health therapy, and diagnostic assessments.
