The COPE mobile crisis team can go to anyone in Hennepin County who needs an urgent response. Bi-lingual and bi-cultural staff is available for face-to-face, phone, and video visits when needed. Services are provided by volunteers and are confidential. Services also include: - Assistance in de-escalation of psychiatric emergencies - Assessment of immediate need for crisis/emergency services (telephone triage) - Clinical consultation with designated mental health professionals - Coordination with consumers, family, policy, health care providers and hospital emergency rooms - Documentation of assessment and consumer crisis plan - Mobile crisis response team - Referral for crisis stabilization services - Risk assessment and evaluation for more intensive services NOTE: COPE only provides gun locks to clients who have already been assessed by staff and are for clients experiencing a mental health crisis. COPE has only a limited amount of gun locks and requests anyone looking for a gun lock should be referred elsewhere.

Rule 31 outpatient intensive, dual diagnosis, chemical dependency program that uses evidence-based materials. Prior to treatment admission, counselors conduct both a chemical use and mental health evaluation to make recommendations for the appropriate level of care. Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone may be available depending on the client's need as determined by their Chemical Dependency Evaluation and approval from a MAT prescribing physician. Only available to clients 18 and older.

RADIAS Health facilitates an array of residential treatment and supportive housing options throughout the Twin Cities. Services include short-term or long-term residential treatment alternative to hospitalization, or rental assistance and supportive services for people living in the community. Housing options facilitated by RADIAS Health include: Intensive Residential Treatment Services: Long-term residential housing, 30 - 90 day stay - Carlson Drake House: Program located in Bloomington. Staff provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for twelve adults with a primary diagnosis of mental illness. Program services offer an alternative to hospitalization. - Community Foundations: Program located in Maplewood. Staff provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for sixteen people struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. - ReEntry House: Program located in south Minneapolis. Staff provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services to adults with a primary diagnosis of mental illness. Crisis Stabilization: Short-term stay of 3 - 10 days for residential crisis stabilization - ReEntry Crisis Housing: Program located in south Minneapolis. Program services to adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Team consists of mental health professionals, practitioners, nurses, and a peer recovery specialist to meet individual needs.

Program provides the skills and support people with disabilities or barriers to employment need to succeed in the workplace and match them up with the right job. Situational Assessment - a short-term work experience designed to help individuals explore their vocational aptitudes and determine the types of support services that will be needed in the workplace. - Centered-based employment - Paid work at the main facility. Offers various jobs including donation processing, janitorial services, stocking, retail sales, office work, and shipping. Works with individuals in identifying a job within the facility that is well-matched to their skills and interests - Community based employment - Provides paid work in the community to individuals that need ongoing support to maintain their employment. These jobs are often on crews and may include janitorial, lawn-work, and snow removal - Supported employment - Provides employment with local community employers. Workers who are hired for community jobs continue to receive training and support from Goodwill Vocational Services team members, and are paid by the hiring company. Area employers may include Super One Foods, Olive Garden, Bernick's Pepsi, Minnesota Power, Grandma's Restaurant, TJ Maxx, Aerostich, Sain. Lukes, Duluth Grill, and WalMart.
