Provides a diagnostic assessment to determine if in-home services are medically necessary. Goals are made in collaboration with the child, caregivers, clinician, and the frequency of the therapy and/or skills training service based on need. Meeting in-home with clinicians to help improve functioning at home, school, and in the community while preventing higher levels of care such as hospitalization or partial hospitalization.
