In partnership with Girls, Inc., YWCA offers a mentorship program delivered by trained professionals to help youth take risks, discover and grow their strengths, learn to value themselves, and create long-lasting mentorship in a pro-girl environment. 
Offers a research-based curriculum to help participants to:
- Achieve academically
- Discover an interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)
- Lead healthy and physically active lives
- Make positive connections to peers and adults, contribute to society, and believe in their ability to create the best possible future for themselves
- Manage money
- Navigate media messages

Partners with the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota to guide participants to explore career interests and dreams while supporting them through high school graduation and preparing them for their next steps.
- Girls RAP Program (Resolution and Prevention) Program: An intervention program that works with 12-18 years old girl-identifying youth using an empowerment framework. Community RAP works with youth who are involved or at-risk for involvement with the juvenile justice and adjacent systems. School-based RAP works with youth who may be experiencing challenges with or within the school environment.
- Out-of-School Time Program: Available to girls and gender-expansive youth in grades 4-8 in the Minneapolis Public Schools and at YWCA Minneapolis. The program focuses on economic literacy, leadership, community engagement, and healthy decision making.

21st Century Community Learning Centers: In partnership with the Minnesota Department of Education, HAP works with Community School of Excellence (CSE) and Prairie Seeds Academy (PSA) to after school academic and enrichment activities that include: the arts, music, crafts, leadership and personal develeopment, STEM classes, career exploration, and additional services.
Ascend: Works with victims and at-risk youth to address the severe harm caused by their explotation and move them towards recovery and independence
Hmoob Toj Sjab: A Montesorri school in which children learn all the foundation necessities for survival in their enviroment. Children learn all the basic building blocks that make up the world within and around them. They build awareness in identifying colors, shapes, textures, and dimensions; accomplish simple chores; develop manners such as grace and courtesy; learn to care for themselves and their enviroment; and build reading, writing, and math skills.
In-Home Parenting: In-home parenting services and support to families referred by Ramsey County.
Learn and Live: Health Education Programs: Education and outreach to the Hmong Community for breast and cervical cancer awareness and screening.
Pathways to Eliminate Addiction: Adolescent and Adult Chemical Health Support program for Hmong individuals. The goal of the program is to reduce drug and alcohol use in the Hmong community by working with individuals to achieve or sustain abstinence, improve health, wellness and a quality of life.
Project Grow: After-school program for ages 14 - 21, training students in exploring leadership, agriculture, college and career, and conservation.
Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood Hmong Navigator: A HAP family navigator located at Jackson Elementary works at the school's Family Center to help connect low income families with minor children to community resources.
Transcend: Crises intervention, social supports, safety planning, and legal advocacy for Hmong and Karen women who are experiencing domestic violence.
YouthLEAD: Career education and paid internships for SE Asians ages 16 - 24. Must reside in Ramsey County.

Family Based Services (FBS) is a voluntary program designed to help place responsibility and confidence in families who are experiencing some difficulties. FBS is available if a child is at risk of out-of-home placement, or is returning home from a placement FBS are: - Free of charge - Time-limited (3-6 months) - Provided in your home - Flexible and available during unconventional hours The FBS program was developed to create a sense of hope, trust and motivation in the family to assist them in coping with life's challenges FBS always involves a Social Worker and can include a FBS Provider, a FBS Therapist or any combination of the three The team approach provides: - Support - Accessibility - Variety The Social Worker will: - Establish family strengths, needs and goals - Develop a Family Service plan - Clarify ideas and expectations - Provide in-home counseling - Teach problem solving skills The Social Worker takes the lead in demonstrating respect for everyone's roles, skills and needs The Social Worker and the family may decide to include a FBS Provider as part of the team Under the Social Worker's direction, the FBS Provider works intensively with the family in several areas: - Parenting - Communication skills - Home management - Budgeting skills The FBS Provider offers: - Support - Encouragement - Practical advice for every day living This team member helps reinforce the family's progress, links the family to the community and helps create a feeling of trust between all team members The Social Worker and the family may determine that the FBS Therapist should be part of the team The therapist could focus on: - Individuals or entire family - Specific problem areas (depression, abuse, etc) - Crisis intervention/prevention - Counseling and guidance The FBS Therapist helps the family understand and cope with issues by exploring their personal feelings and thoughts When the FBS Program has been successfully completed, the family will have learned to cope, will have it's basic needs met and will have a more harmonious family life

Residential program with 24 beds that provides a supportive, structured environment in which girls learn to make responsible choices and become mature young women. Services include: 
- 24-hour awake shift staff
- Employment skills training and work projects
- Individual case plan and goals
- One-to-one counseling sessions
- Provides addiction groups, sexuality groups, family groups, and anger management group
- Therapeutic equine programming

Medical Model Children's Advocacy Center (8 am - 4:30 pm) 
- Child-focused, facility-based program that conducts forensic interviews and forensic medical exams on pediatric and adolescent patients. Representatives from many disciplines (law enforcement, child protection, prosecution, mental health, medical and victim advocacy) work together, making team decisions about the investigation, treatment, management, and procescution of child abuse cases. Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program 
- The SANE program is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week at Sanford Health, Bemidji Emergency Department and RiverView Health, Crookston Emergency Department. Care provided by a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner can include, as appropriate: 
- Evidentiary examination - Referrals - Emergency contraception - Sexually Transmitted Infections prophylactic treatment
