Owns and operates several senior and affordable housing complexes for individuals and families ranging from 1 to 3-bedroom units. Properties are managed by property management companies.

Offers a comprehensive intervention program for people who have experienced the first episode of psychosis. Treats diagnoses including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and schizophreniform disorder. Once accepted into the program, services include:- Family therapy and education focused on a variety of recovery-oriented topics- Family peer support to promote resilience and self-care, and provide resources for family members and loved ones- Individual therapy focused on learning and practicing new skills for resiliency and recovery- Individualized psychiatric medication evaluation and management services- Nursing to assist with medication questions/concerns and education on healthy living- Psychiatric case management to assist with accessing additional community resources- Peer support focused on recovery goals, resiliency, and self-care strategies for the patient- Psychological assessments for measurement-based care, both to individualize treatment and track progress toward goals- Supported employment and education to support maintaining and/or resuming work and school activities

Accepts and responds to and/or investigates reports of child abuse, neglect, or abandonment.Services may include:- Accepting reports of abuse- Assessment of the initial referral- Consultation with individuals who suspect abuse- Consultation with the family to determine the nature of the problem- Ongoing support services for children and their families- Temporary placement of children who are removed from the home- Works with the family toward unification or reunificationNOTE: In addition to taking reports, child protection screeners are available to explain the reporting statutes, answer questions regarding agency practices, and discuss other resources and strategies when reports do not meet the criteria for assignment for a child protection investigation.

Adult psychiatry services works to treat mental illness with a combination of medication and therapy or rehabilitative services. Provides psychiatric assessments, medication management, coordination of care with primary care providers, and information on community resources.

A recreational program designed to enhance the social lives of adults with developmental disabilities by creating relationships, creating choices and changing lives. Each quarter a new calendar of educational, recreational, social and cultural activities are offered.

Pre-K classes are offered in two different age categories; 3's and 4's and 4's and 5's. There is also a bilingual class for 3's, 4's, and 5's. Children must be their age by a certain date to be eligible for the class, check with the Community Education office.

Helps find stable, affordable housing in their community of choice and then provides supportive services so they can remain in their residence, engage in their community, and reach their broader goals.Using a housing first approach, the supportive housing services help people achieve increased levels of stability and satisfaction with their lives while encouraging the autonomy of independent living. The program goals are to help people break the cycle of homelessness and to improve their health and self-reliance. Provides therapeutic, residential care treatment program for adolescents whose sex is assigned as female who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. This intensive, supportive environment is typically appropriate for children and adolescents that have tried outpatient services and are unable to be supported at home or in their community due to their mental health needs. Services may include:- Aftercare services- Individual and group DBT therapy and DBT skills building- Intensive parenting and caregiver support -On-site registered nurse (during business hours)- Psychiatric assessment and ongoing medication management- Trauma-informed care approach

ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support.
