Connects single adults and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless in Steele County with a Housing Specialist to provide housing problem solving. Housing Specialists can assist households with practical solutions, identify sources, alternatives, and mediate conflict resolution between landlords, friends, or family.
The initial access point to be connected with a Housing Specialist is short-term and when determined there are no other pathways identified, the household will be connected to a Housing Assessor and placed on the Housing Registry.
