Intensive Outpatient Programs are designed to offer professional and peer support for clients and their families in a group setting. IOP groups meet three days each week. Groups last an average of 6-8 weeks and can last up to 12 weeks. Themes for Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program include identifying emotions, communication, family relationships, anger, mindfulness, healthy boundaries, coping with stress, self-esteem, gratitude, depression, anxiety, and self-care. New IOPs are available for Child IOP (ages 7-12), Adolescent IOP (ages 13-17), and Young Adult IOP (ages 18 and above).

Minnesota's Medicaid program for people with low income. Most people who have MA receive health care through health plans. Members who do not receive health care through a health plan receive care on a fee-for-service basis, with providers billing the state directly for services they provide. MA pays for a variety of services like doctor visits, prescriptions, and hospital stays. Some services and prescriptions may require prior approval. MA pays for medical bills going back three months from the month the application is received.
