- Medical Alert system: If you have an oxygen tank or other life supportive electrical device that requires electricity at all times, please let us know so we can flag your home for consideration during outage restoration. Call (800)421-9959 or e-mail us. The call center will ask for your necessary information and determine whether you qualify for the medical alert system Lake Country Power has four departments:
- Administrative Services Department Greets members who call or visit the service centers and answers general co-op questions. Is responsible for financial and control activities, administrative management information systems, capital credits, billing, human resources, call center and oversees installation and maintenance of information technology such as automated meter reading software and computer hardware systems
- Member Service and Community Relations Department Provides technical advice and assistance for special heating and cooling programs to help members save money on monthly electric bills. The department oversees the co-op's energy efficiency and conservation programs and also coordinates member marketing and communication initiatives. Community outreach and assistance activities, such as Operation Round Up®, are also coordinated through the member service department
- Operations Department Builds or upgrades your service, helps plan your new service, restores power during outages, builds and designs the electrical system to meet and control right-of-way and vegetation growth near power lines. Strives to exceed the expectations of members by providing safe, reliable and affordable electric service. Place medicine that is no longer in its original container in a clear plastic bag and write the name of the medicine on the bag.
- Medicines Accepted from Households: Prescription, over-the-counter, and pet medications. No medicines from businesses, including healthcare facilities, long-term care facilities, pharmacies, doctors' offices , and veterinary clinics can be accepted.
