Is responsible for financial and control activities, administrative management information systems, capital credits, billing, human resources, call center and oversees installation and maintenance of information technology such as automated meter reading software and computer hardware systems - Member Service and Community Relations Department Provides technical advice and assistance for special heating and cooling programs to help members save money on monthly electric bills. The department oversees the co-op's energy efficiency and conservation programs and also coordinates member marketing and communication initiatives.
