Services include: blood pressure screening, depression screening and emotional well-being assessments, diabetes screening, general assessment for substance use disorders, general physical exams, healthy exercise assessment, healthy sleep assessment, information and assistance, nutrition assessments, respiratory/asthma screening, school and sports physicals, skin cancer screening, support and socialization, and vision and hearing screening. Caring Calls provides weekly phone or videochats to those looking to discuss health and social needs or for socialization. Mental health support available in groups and individual appointments to support needs in emotional wellbeing.
