Offers Home Supports with Training and Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS) for adults living in their own homes. These services help individuals maintain and build the skills needed to live independently and successfully in the community.
Services include:
- Daily Living Skills Support: Assistance with budgeting, health and wellness, meal planning, money management, relationship building, shopping, and more.
- Home Supports with Training: Individualized support provided in the home or community to maintain and strengthen independent living skills.
- Housing Transition Services: Help with locating housing, completing rental applications, budgeting for housing, and preparing for and planning a move.

Light "fix it" services (i.e. changing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, etc.), meal preparation, menu planning, picking up groceries and medications, help with organizing bills, etc.
Supportive programs:
- Caregiver Consulting: Helps caregivers manage and live their lives while caring for another person, develop individualized plans and connect with resources in the community
- Caregiver Support Groups: Professionally facilitated, confidential environment for caregivers to share concerns, feelings regarding their role as caregiver and to learn from each other

- Social Respite: Memory Cafe meets once a month providing conversation, tactile arts/crafts projects, exercise, music and games to temporarily relieve the caregiver while providing socialization for care receivers

Provides companionship services to isolated, home-bound seniors. Services may include assistance with errands, grocery shopping or transportation to appointments, assisting with correspondence or simple household tasks, share an interest or hobby, lunch outings or enjoying a walk. Provides volunteer opportunities for adults 55 years plus who would like to help others remain independent in their own homes. Clients receive:
- Companionship and visiting to the isolated elderly clients
- Assistance in personal needs such as shopping, medical appointments, letter writing, socialization
- Respite care for caregivers. Senior Companions serve 15 - 20 hours a week and receive a tax free stipend plus transportation allowance.
