- EW (Elderly Waiver) provides supports to seniors at home or in adult foster care who would otherwise have to live in a nursing home
- AC (Alternative Care) Waiver provides supports to seniors at home or in adult foster care who would otherwise have to live in a nursing home, who because of their assets don't qualify for traditional Medical Assistance programs. Waivers pay for services such as personal care assistants, independent living skills counseling, homemaking, respite care, in-home family support, and other services
Personal Care Attendants:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, taking medications, simple housekeeping, and other tasks
- PCAs also provide behavioral monitoring and supervision to help clients with behavior problems
- PCAs can help clients with FAS to live in a variety of settings, including foster care, their own homes and apartments, and family homes
Other services:
- In-home family supports and respite RSI provides support to caregivers and families of people with disabilities
- Respite services gives caregivers and families a break for a few hours to a few days at a time. Respite can be provided in or outside of the family home
- In-Home family supports services helps adults and children with daily life management skills, such as self-care, socialization, sensory/motor development, behavior management, community living and healthy recreation.

- Adults and children who do not qualify for the MR/RC waiver may be eligible to receive similar kinds of help through the CADI or PCA programs

- PCAs also provide behavioral monitoring and supervision to help clients with behavior problems
- PCAs can help clients with FAS to live in a variety of settings, including foster care, their own homes and apartments, and family homes

- In-home family supports and respite RSI provides support to caregivers and families of people with disabilities
- Respite services gives caregivers and families a break for a few hours to a few days at a time. Respite can be provided in or outside of the family home
- In-Home family supports services helps adults and children with daily life management skills, such as self-care, socialization, sensory/motor development, behavior management, community living and healthy recreation.
- Respite and in-home family supports are waivered services programs
- Adults and children who do not qualify for the MR/RC waiver may be eligible to receive similar kinds of help through the CADI or PCA programs

Companion/Night Supervision Services: Services that help an individual work toward a therapeutic or community integration goal. Night supervision is an overnight assistance and monitoring provided in the person's own home, which includes assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), reinforcing independent living skills, etc.
Homemaking/Home Management Services: Provide assistance to individuals who are unable to perform day-to-day household duties and have no one available to assist them. Services include light housekeeping, laundry, limited personal care, grocery shopping, meal preparation, etc.
Individual Community Living Support (ICLS): Provides assistance and support to clients who need reminders, cues, intermittent/moderate supervision, or physical assistance to remain in their own home. Services include assistance with active cognitive support, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), household management, health, safety, and wellness, and community engagement.
Personal Care Assistant (PCA): Performs care services to clients unable to live independently in the community without assistance. Services include assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), grooming/personal hygiene, light cleaning, cooking, etc. They also engage clients in activities such as reading, talking, community support, etc.
Personal Support Services/Individualized Home Supports Without Training: Provided in the individual's home to achieve their full potential, to increase independence, and to meet community inclusion goals that are important and based on their need. Established to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), participation in community activities, etc.
Respite Care: Short-term care services provided due to the absence or need for relief of the family member(s) or primary caregiver normally providing care. Respite can be provided in-home or out-of-home.

- Community Living Engagement: Helps clients access resources, services, and activities outside the home. These services help the individual develop and maintain a support system in the community.
- Household Management Assistance: Caregivers assist with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and budgeting/money management
- Health, Safety, and Wellness: Caregivers will identify any changes in the client's health, including monitoring any existing health conditions, with referrals to case managers as needed

Respite Care
Services provide short-term relief from the demands which around-the-clock care places upon families who have disabled and/or chronically ill family members at home. Services are provided in the client's home or in a licensed foster home. Trained staff assume the care of these individuals for a matter of hours or days to allow the families time for rest and recreation.
Semi-Independent Living Services
Designed for persons living in their own home or apartment who require minimal supervision. Individual programs are tailored to provide assistance & training in paying bills, building socialization skills, accessing the community in which he or she lives.
Supported Living Servicesclass="pasteContent_RTE">Provides residential services in homes for 1-4 persons. Programs provide up to 24-hour supervision. With increased structure and support, individuals are taught skills that will increase their use of community resources and enable them to live in a less restrictive environment.
