- The Zoning Commission will inspect property when Land Use Permits are required. Inspections may be conducted during construction and after final construction is completed.

Building permits are required for any new construction, remodeling, building relocation, siding, roofing, driveways, signs, decks, and fences. Building permit applications are available at City Hall.
