Black urban farms designed to be both a gathering space and increase food access. Offers free produce pick up, gardening and food preparation classes, community events, skills-building workshops, and environmentally conscious workshops for community members of all ages.
Program includes weekly Conversations and Coffee (C&C), a cross generational gathering event focussed on relationship building and storytelling. Conversations and Coffee (C&C) brings in Black and BIPOC elders from the community to share stories with youth and adults about the history of people of color in Duluth.
Locations include: Freedom Farms Central Hillside and Lincoln Park Freedom Farms.

- Links clients to health care, mental health care services and other services for timely and coordinated access to medically appropriate levels of health and support services. Clients participating in MCM are also eligible for the 340B Pharmacy Program, and transportation.

Ms. Bea's House is a 32-unit fully funded room and board residence for African American men who are recovering from drug and alcohol dependency in a safe and sober living environment. Participants, who must be homeless and qualify for GRH, are transitioned into this housing after completing chemical health treatment.
Supportive housing:
Demo Housing is a 15-unit single bedroom complex for African American men who have a history of chemical dependency and health conditions such as HIV/AIDS and are ready for independent living with some supportive services.
Low-income housing:
A 14-unit apartment building for African American men and women. Residents must qualify for Hennepin County low-income housing. No support services are provided to residents.
Board and lodge:

Inpatient chemical health treatment program for men struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. Program is staffed 24/7, and the average time in the program is 90 days.
Outpatient Treatment:
Open to men and women as a structured program in an outpatient setting. Participants develop a treatment plan for recovery and are encouraged to attend group and individual therapy sessions.
Aftercare: Provides continuing care after treatment including a support network and regular meetings with occasional guest speakers
DUI Program:
Provides legal assistance to individuals who have been arrested for or convicted of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
