Assists low and moderate income households in purchasing homes in the city of Minneapolis; services include: - Assisting households that otherwise would not be able to purchase a home by owning the land of a particular property but selling the home on the land to an income qualified buyer. The homeowner then leases the land from the CLCLT through a 99-year, renewable-ground lease. - If and when the homeowners decide to sell, the CCLCT keeps the home affordable for other income qualified households

- Provides financial assistance to households to pay a portion of their home heating cost. The size of the household grant is based on household size, income, fuel type and energy usage. Grants are sent directly to client's fuel vendor and/or electric vendor - Mail out applications available - Energy Related Repair Program is available to EAP eligible homeowners that occupies the home and has a hazardous and life threatening situation, has no heat, or has a malfunctioning heating system - Individuals should call for applications(or an application is on the bicap website available to download). Applications will be processed in the order in which they were received. If household is in an emergency situation, can call the Energy Assistance Program staff to see if immediate assistance is available based on funding and the completion of the application.

- All homes purchase through Rondo CTL use the land trust model - Homebuyers purchasing houses through this program buy only the house and enter into a 99-year ground lease for the land. The land remains the property of the land trust, but the homeowner has full use and responsibility for the land. - Provides support services to its participants including foreclosure prevention, property tax refunds, refinancing assistance, home maintenance workshops - This process allows the home to remain affordable and the home owner to earn equity - Uses the land trust model to meet the need for affordable housing, and to preserve the economic and cultural diversity of a community - When the owner sells their home, the ground lease requires them to sell it to another household of low to moderate income for the original sales price plus 25% of any appreciation in the home's value

Pays for child care for low income families. Includes Minnesota Family Investment Program Child Care; Transition Year Child Care for a full year after Minnesota Family Investment Program case are closed and Basic Sliding Fee Child Care.
Provides a hand-up to low-income families that are unable to qualify for a traditional home mortgage through a lender or other programs. Does not give houses away for free, but instead offers affordable low-interest mortgages to families that qualify. - Partners with families to build simple, decent affordable housing - Before moving in must contribute: 300 hours of labor for a couple, 200 hours of labor for a single adult/parent - Family receives support during the partnering year
- Provides toys for children in need - Starts taking calls on December 1 and continues until Christmas Eve
