  • Social: Offers card parties, coffee and conversation time, caregiver respite, karaoke parties, video calls and chats with friends, and social media assistance

Financial counselors can help individuals understand patients' responsibilities and may offer no-interest payment plans. Other options may include:
  • AblePay: Patients can save up to 13% on their out-of-pocket medical expenses, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
  • ClearBalance: Revolving credit account available to make payments over an extended period of time* for your medical expenses
  • Discount Program: Individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and have incomes less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Guideline may be eligible for help to pay their medical bills

Families must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help. Emergency assistance provides short-term, one-time assistance for households in a financial crisis because of fire, flood, storm, illness, accident, theft, utility shut-off, eviction, foreclosure, or other emergency need.
