Housing Related Coordinated Entry
Youth Services - Tubman
Provides violence prevention, intervention, support, outreach services, and leadership opportunities for youth in residential and community settings. Provides a variety of services to youth of all genders who have experienced relationship violence, sexual assault or exploitation, stalking, or homelessness. Programs include:
Movement for Violence Prevention (MVP): Leadership development activities to assist youth-led community engagement, skill enhancement, peer connections, and tools for change to prevent youth violence.
Inspiring Youth: A year-long, intensive, community-based program for youth ages 10 - 17 and their families who have been impacted by violence. Youth workers provide comprehensive and culturally responsive mentorship, support, and access to services, activities, and leadership opportunities.
Youth Site-Based and Community-Based Housing: Transitional housing for youth and young adults who are victims of violence and exploitation, including sex trafficking. Safety planning and support are provided.
Voices in Prevention (VIP): A 6-week violence prevention curriculum serving middle and high school students. Curriculum might also include support groups, one-on-one sessions, peer mediation, and service learning.

NorthStar Youth Outreach Center: A drop-in center for homeless youth offering advocacy, safety planning, and connections to additional community resources. The center also offers:
- Assistance with housing
- Assistance with career and education planning
- Computer lab
- Counseling
- Creative art spaces
- Food and snacks
- Laundry access

Ongoing Support and Planning for Stability - Dignity Center
Trained volunteer advocates work one-to-one with individuals to help them achieve stability and greater self-sufficiency through services that include:
- Accountable relationships
- Referrals to community programs and services
- Self-development opportunities
- Teaching the skills needed for self-sufficiency such as financial management, interviewing, organization, gaining and maintaining stable housing, social skills, self-care, making appointments, and self-advocacy
?NOTE: Participants are expected to make and keep appointments with their advocate at least once a month. Resources are available to support actions taken towards stability goals.
