The Coordinator serves pregnant women and families with young children (birth - Kindergarten age), offering them additional support, and connections to resources and supports within their community. First Steps Home Visiting provides support to families with children prenatally to 3 years of age with home visits focusing on education, health, and resources to strengthen the parent-child relationship.
