Offers free and confidential testing for HIV. Individuals are invited to pick a time and place to be tested. Results are usually available in 20 minutes and staff will provide pre- and post-counseling in English and some African languages. Confidential support group for Africans living with HIV and AIDS. Persons of all faiths are welcome. The meetings are culturally and linguistically appropriate. Meetings include a fellowship and spiritual period, a shared meal, and an emotional support and health wellness section.

Rural AIDS Action Network (RAAN) assists persons living with, affected by, and at risk for HIV in Greater Minnesota through a network of volunteers and professionals. - Mileage reimbursement program available to HIV-positive Minnesotans living outside the Twin Cities metro area. Provides bus passes, mileage reimbursement, or taxi vouchers for transportation to and from: - medical appointments - social service appointments - certain other basic needs - Food assistance: Offers a monthly food voucher lottery for eligible clients in the form of gift card

Provides transportation in the form of bus passes, and cab rides where utilizing public transportation is not an option, for core medical services including medical case management, HIV care and treatment, mental health, support groups, benefits counseling, and more.
Clients are assigned a case manager who provides the following services: - Creates a care coordination plan, sets goals and assists with removals of barriers to care - Links clients to health care, mental health care services and other services for timely and coordinated access to medically appropriate levels of health and support services. Clients participating in MCM are also eligible for the 340B Pharmacy Program, and transportation.
