Minnesota Child Support Online: an interactive website developed by the State of Minnesota to provide child support participants with information about their case(s). NOTE: Either parent of a child may get certain child support services. Parents who do not receive public assistance can apply for services at their county child support office for a one-time $25 service fee. Parents who receive public assistance for a child whose other parent does not live with them are automatically referred for services and are not charged a service fee.

Teams promote positive supports and build collaborative support networks to strengthen people's ability to live in integrated community settings. To prevent and resolve behavioral health crises, mobile teams provide outreach services that include:

Mobile teams provide services where they are needed, including:

• Group living settings

• Hospitals and long-term care facilities

• People's homes

Helps people develop skills and knowledge to improve their lives and communities. Offers a variety of programs for learners of all ages. Class offerings include adult basic education, arts and crafts courses, day camps, driving classes, health and safety classes, sports and recreational activities, swimming lessons, youth enrichment classes, and more.

Provides information about patient's financial responsibility, rates, billing, services provided, and payment options. Services may include:

• Discount rates based on household size and income limits

• Financial Assistance program for the uninsured and underinsured

• Insurance plans accepted and billing information

• Request for an estimate of services

• Family/Couple Counseling: therapists work with clients to improve family stability by addressing relationship issues such as divorce, poor communication, school concerns, sibling rivalry, single parenting, step-family issues and unresolved conflict

• Individual Counseling: Therapists work 1:1 with individuals on a range of concerns that may include adapting to life changes, anxiety, depression, stress management, and dealing with grief, loss or trauma

• Mental Health Diagnosing: Mental health professionals offer diagnostic services for all ages. Specialized diagnostic services are offered for children ages birth - 5 years.

• Veterans Family Services: Beyond the Yellow Ribbon SE MN and Family Service Rochester partner to provide mental health services to military families including case management, counseling and therapy services. A few of the areas addressed are anxiety, depression and stress; deployment or reintegration problems; financial challenges; marriage or other family relationship issues; parenting concerns.

Telehealth counseling is also available.

Offers in-home health care services to tailor to client's needs and help them remain independent without staying at a facility or hospital. Services include:

• Home health aides who can help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other delegated tasks

• Occupational therapy service to help clients recover from injuries, disabilities, or illnesses and relearn everyday activities

• One-on-one personal support service to support individuals to become more independent

• Personal care attendants and homemakers to assist with basic home skills such as eating, transfers, mobility, positioning, toileting, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Physical therapy service to help clients improve their mobility, balance, prevent falls, and recover from previous health concerns

• Skilled nursing services providing initial assessment, health education, medication setup, diabetic management, wound care, health management, and more

Full-service law enforcement agency:

• Assists in civil matters

• Crime prevention services: crime free multi-housing and prescription drug drop box (accepts unused or expired prescriptions. Do not accept any liquids, empty bottles, needles, supplements, and vitamins)

• Emergency response during times of disaster

• Responds to call for service

• Serves summons, warrants, writs, motions, orders

Provides a refugee and immigrant helpline that acts as a connection to helpful information, resources for jobs, food, health, housing, legal help, language classes, and services in the community.

A confidential phone line is staffed by a Mental Health Navigator specifically trained to guide individuals to mental health resources. The Mental Health Navigator listens to an individual's story. Then, basic background information like age, location, and insurance information (if any) is gathered to help narrow down service options. From there, the Mental Health Navigator searches local resources to help determine treatment options and community service providers to meet the individual's needs. Resources include therapists, clinics, detox programs, peer support, and other opportunities within Central Minnesota Mental Health Center's programs and in the community.

Municipal paid on call fire/rescue department which provides:

• Ambulance services

• Fire services

• Fire prevention information

Provides a variety of services for children from birth to kindergarten who have early childhood special education needs, including hearing or visual impairments, emotional or developmental delays, fetal alcohol syndrome, cognitive delays, or speech and language impairments. Services Include:

• Collaboration with other early childhood agencies and programs

• Interagency collaboration to benefit children and families

• Intervention services based on needs determined through evaluation

• Services delivered in a home, preschool, daycare, or intensive classroom setting

Emergency food for area residents in need. Accepts donations.

Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. The county will assess individuals who need help paying for a chemical use assessment or treatment services through the Behavioral Health Fund. Services include:

• Designated staff that provide chemical dependency assessments

• Referral to local community service providers for chemical assessments or treatment services. Also, directs individuals to visit www.fasttrackermn.org for additional resources.

Provides state-funded food assistance to legal noncitizens ages 50 or older who do not qualify for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly called Food Stamps or Food Support) because of their citizenship status. Monthly benefits are loaded on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which looks and works like a debit card.
