Provides online parenting class that is designed to intervene early in the mental health of children and to prevent stress between caregivers and children by increasing their attachment, connection, and communication.
The class includes archived taped sessions of other real children interacting with their parents, providing good examples of the child's moment-to-moment behavior.
The class meets once a week for 8 weeks. Parents/caregivers must attend each class to receive a certificate. Make-up sessions are available.

- Individualized assessment: Care managers perform a comprehensive, multi-dimensional assessment which evaluates memory and cognition, health, daily functioning, safety, environment, support systems, and future planning
- Liaison: Provides a communication resource and liaison for family members who cannot be present to keep them informed and involved
- On-going consultation: Care managers can meet with family members to review the individual's situation and provide consultation regarding services, housing, care options, and other concerns.
- Personal care plan: Care managers develop a tailored care plan which includes recommendations for services necessary to remain living safely at home, options available for other living arrangements, financial and legal planning tools needed to address vulnerabilities, problem-solving strategies, and other services and supports needed to enhance safety and quality of life.
- Service coordination and monitoring: Care managers interact with health care and other professionals to ensure high quality, cost-effective services and care are provided. Our care managers monitor these supports to ensure needs are met on an ongoing basis. As care needs change, our care managers reassess and make recommendations about how to adjust the care plan to make certain that the individual's needs continue to be met.

Provides information, resources, and referrals for services to older adults and their caregivers. Assistance may include application assistance with financial programs, homecare and support group resources, healthcare directive completion, food programs, issues related to caring for someone living with dementia and more. Advocates can assist by telephone, home visit, or a family meeting.
