Aging Mastery Program (AMP): Through the National Council on Aging; 8 weeks in study;each week is a different topic (financial, physical, mental health, etc.);review books and video materials in-person; aims to help older adults take key steps to improve their wellbeing, add stability to their lives, and strengthen their ties to communities; professionals visit as speakers to assist with sessions.
Dementia Friends-sessions: Provides to community members of all ages. Healthcare specific educational session is available, as well as adaptations for particular workplaces, known as Dementia Friendly in the Workplace. These are one-day sessions that last from 60-80 minutes. Educational session available to community members who have attended a Dementia Friends session, to become Dementia Champions, so that they too, can provide Dementia Friends sessions. This is a one-day session.
Powerful Tools for Caregiving (PTC): Educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or a friend. Focus is on those caring for someone who is 55 years or older. Six weeks of 1.5 hour workshops. Offered both virtually, and in-person, depending upon the time of registration. Call to register for this workshop.
Caregiver Training Workshop: This workshop is approximately 2 hours long. Must pre-register and the workshop is provided in-person. The training walks through a workbook that allows the participant (caregiver) to develop a plan of how to care for their care receiver if something should happen to them and they are no longer able to care for that older adult-either temporarily or definitively.
Fraud and Scam Prevention Trainings: Provides presentations relating to fraud and scam prevention to the communities of service-upon request.
?Programs are provided at a variety of locations, including Elder Network offices and others. Some programs are available virtually.

Resources for Enhancing Alzheimer's Caregiver Health (REACH) - service focused on those who care for someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. REACH is delivered over a two- to three-month time period, including four core consulting sessions with the caregiver, either face to face or by telephone.

Dementia Friendly at Work training includes information about dementia and related diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, how to communicate with customers and caregivers, and how to create a friendly physical space within the business. Works with organization to identify and implement changes needed to better assist their customers and their loved ones.
Evidence-based programs helps promote self-management and understanding those with chronic health conditions (such as diabetes and chronic pain), fall prevention, and encourage improving the overall state of well-being through education, fitness instruction, and resources.
Volunteer training: provides videos to ensure volunteer experience. Videos include:

Provides Resources for Enhancing Alzheimer's Caregiver Health (REACH). This program is an approach used by caregiver consultants to support family members and others who are caring for someone with Alzhiemer's disease or a related dementia. The goals are to teach caregivers how to reduce stress, solve problems, and manage difficult behaviors the person with memory loss may display; as well as to help caregivers feel confident in the care they provide and improve their ability to cope. After the caregiver completes the REACH assessment, 4 core sessions are offered and tailored to what the caregiver most needs. Provides resources for older adults living alone as well as caregivers needing support. Services are designed to help maintain independence as long as feasible.
Home-based services are provided according to the availability of volunteers and staff:
- Homemaking: Indoor light housekeeping services include mild laundry services, floor care, kitchen/bathroom cleaning, and other indoor help. Light "fix it" services (i.e., changing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, etc.), meal preparation, menu planning, picking up groceries and medications, help with organizing bills, etc.
Supportive programs:
- Caregiver Consulting: Helps caregivers manage and live their lives while caring for another person, develop individualized plans, and connect with resources in the community
- Caregiver Support Groups: Professionally facilitated, confidential environment for caregivers to share concerns, feelings regarding their role as caregiver, and to learn from each other
